We're hired as your AI consultancy. Here's the engagement model.

No products. No tier cards. The audit produces a written plan and a real number — a one-time build fee for the work, and a monthly retainer for keeping it tuned. After that, we operate the system with you.

  1. Stage 01

    The audit

    Free · 45 minutes · No pitch

    We get on a call with you and map your operation: how leads come in, who handles what, where customers fall out, what tools you already use, and where AI is actually positioned to earn its keep — and where it isn't. You leave the call with a written engagement plan and a real number on the build and retainer.

    • Recommended scope of work (what we'd build, what we wouldn't)
    • Build fee + monthly retainer quote
    • The plan — yours to keep, whether you hire us or not

  2. Stage 02

    The build

    One-time fee · Scoped from the audit

    We design, build, deploy, and train you on the system. You approve every move at every gate — no surprise launches, no stuff going live without your sign-off. The build is bespoke from the start: we use the toolchain that fits your operation, not a template we drop in.

    Deliverables

    • System design + toolchain selection (you approve)
    • Build phase with weekly progress check-ins
    • Integration into your existing CRM, calendar, and stack
    • Live deploy with you in the room
    • Team training, runbook, and handoff documentation

  3. Stage 03

    The retainer — operating with you

    Monthly · Month-to-month · No lock-in

    After launch, we stay on as your fractional AI team. We tune the system every week, monitor it, fix what drifts, evolve it as your business changes, and roll new builds in as you outgrow the first one. You get an AI team without the headcount and without the agency markup.

    • Weekly tuning + quality monitoring
    • Prompt refinement, model upgrades, integration maintenance
    • Bug triage and uptime watch
    • One-page monthly report — written for owners, not engineers
