Apex Local (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an AI implementation agency operating from Houston, TX. You can reach us at hello@theapexlocal.com.

What we collect

When you visit theapexlocal.com or contact us, we may collect:

  • Contact form data: name, email, business name, and any message you submit. Used only to reply to you and scope a potential engagement.
  • Booking data: when you book through Cal.com, the data you provide there is governed by Cal.com’s privacy policy.
  • Analytics data: aggregate, anonymized usage data via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (page views, performance metrics, country-level location). No cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

How we use it

  • To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request.
  • To improve site performance and user experience.
  • To send transactional emails related to active engagements.

We never sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers

We rely on these vendors to operate the site:

  • Vercel, hosting and analytics
  • Resend, transactional email
  • Cal.com, appointment booking
  • Cloudflare, DNS

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We share only the minimum data needed to deliver the service.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@theapexlocal.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU, and other regions with applicable privacy laws have additional rights, which we honor on request.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and engagement records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations (typically 3 years after last contact), then delete them.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are communicated via email to active clients.
