Who We Are

Apex Local LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an AI and automation practice operating from Houston, TX. You can reach us at hello@theapexlocal.com.

What We Collect

When you visit theapexlocal.com or contact us, we may collect:

• Contact form data: name, email, business name, cell number if you give one, and any message you submit. Used only to reply to you and scope a potential engagement. If you give a cell, we may reply by text; reply STOP and we stop texting you. We also see the IP address the form came from and use it only to block spam.
• Analytics data:aggregate usage data via Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights, and Google Analytics 4 (page views, performance metrics, approximate location such as city and country). Google Analytics 4 only loads on our live domain, and we never send it personal data such as your name, email, phone number, or the text of any message you send us. Vercel Analytics sets no cookies. Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies (named _ga) to count repeat visits; you can block them in your browser without losing any part of the site. No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, no ad targeting.

How We Use It

• To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request.
• To improve site performance and user experience.
• To send transactional emails related to active engagements.
• If you sign up for the Field Note, we add your email to our mailing list (hosted by Resend) and send the occasional field note. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe. Sending the contact form or downloading the report does not add you to any list.

We never sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Providers

We rely on these vendors to operate the site:

• Vercel, hosting and analytics
• Resend, transactional email
• Google Analytics 4, aggregate site analytics
• Cloudflare, DNS

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We share only the minimum data needed to deliver the service.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@theapexlocal.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU, and other regions with applicable privacy laws have additional rights, which we honor on request.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and engagement records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations (typically 3 years after last contact), then delete them.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are communicated via email to anyone with an active engagement.
