Joe runs Apex Local from Houston, Texas. He spent more than a decade building digital marketing programs at the enterprise level. The kind of work where budgets, executives, and quarterly numbers all sit on the line. His most recent role was Head of Marketing at a multinational, where he led the strategy, ran the team, and managed programs across every channel. Today Joe leads every engagement personally, working alongside a hand-picked team of specialists who build and run the systems with him. No account managers. No handoffs.
