What is Google Business Profile management?

Google Business Profile management is the weekly upkeep of your listing on Google Search and Maps. That means posting updates, adding photos, keeping services and hours accurate, answering customer questions, and replying to reviews. It keeps the listing complete and accurate, which Google's own help pages recommend for local ranking, and it gives searchers a reason to call you.

Is it worth paying someone to manage my Google Business Profile?

It is if the listing brings you calls and nobody has touched it in months. The work isn't hard. It's constant: a post every week, fresh photos, new questions, every review answered, and it's the first thing to slide in a busy week. At $300 a month, you're paying for that habit to happen without you.

How often should I post on my Google Business Profile?

Once a week is a pace a small business can keep, and it means the listing always shows a recent update. Google doesn't publish a required number. What matters more is that each post is real: a finished job, a seasonal offer, a new service, or an answer to a common question, with a photo from your own work.

How It Works and What to Expect

We clean up the listing first: categories, services, hours, attributes, and the description. Then it gets a new post every week, fresh photos every month, answers to customer questions, and a drafted reply for every review, with a one-page report on the first of each month.

  1. 01

    Free Consultation

Thirty minutes by phone or video. We open your listing together, compare it with the businesses that show up above you, and name the first three fixes.

  2. 02

    Cleanup and Post Plan

In the first two weeks we fix categories, services, hours, attributes, and the description, then plan the first month of posts for your approval.

  3. 03

    Every Month After

A post goes out every week, photos and answers get added, review replies get drafted, and the report lands on the first of each month.

Who This Applies To

  • Businesses that get calls from Google Maps or "near me" searches
  • Listings that haven't had a new post or photo in months
  • Owners watching reviews come in with no reply under them
  • Businesses whose hours, services, or phone number changed and the listing never caught up
  • Companies with a sound website that only need the listing kept up
  • Owners who'd rather spend ten minutes a month approving posts than writing them

What's Covered

  • A weekly post written for your business: a recent job, an offer, a tip, or an update
  • New photos every month, from you or taken on a visit in the Houston area
  • Services, products, hours, and holiday hours kept accurate
  • Customer questions answered where Google shows them, and common questions built into your services and description
  • A drafted reply for every review, posted once you approve it
  • Categories, description, and attributes checked against what customers search
  • Google updates and public edit suggestions checked every week, so wrong details get fixed
  • A one-page monthly report: views, calls, website clicks, and direction requests

What You Can Expect

  • A Post Every Week

Your listing never looks closed or forgotten. Each week brings a new post with a real photo from your business.

  • Hours and Services Right

Holiday hours, new services, and changed details get updated before customers run into the old ones.

  • Every Review Answered

Each review gets a drafted reply that sounds like you. You approve it, and it goes up under your name.

  • Ten Minutes a Month

You approve the post plan and send a few photos. We handle the writing, the posting, and the weekly checks.

  • The System We Use

Apex Local's own Google listing gets a new post every week on this same system. We run on what we sell.

  • You Stay the Owner

You add us as a manager, never hand over a password, and can remove us any time. The listing is always yours.

What It Costs

From $300 a month

$300 a month covers one location: the first cleanup, a post every week, new photos every month, question answers, review reply drafts, and the monthly report. Each added location is quoted in writing first. No surprise invoices. Month to month, no long contract, and the listing always stays in your name. If your website and directory listings need work too, Local SEO from $750 a month includes all of this. Photo visits are in the Houston area; everything else works by video anywhere in the US.

Common Questions

Do I have to share my Google password?
No. You invite us as a manager from inside your Business Profile, which takes about a minute, and you stay the owner. You can see everything we post and remove our access any time without asking us. Your password never leaves your hands.
Will this get me to the top of Google Maps?
No one can promise a spot in the map results. Google weighs how relevant your listing is to the search, how far the searcher is from you, and how well known your business is. We work on what you can change: a complete, accurate, active listing and steady review replies. The report shows what moves.
Can you get me more reviews?
The way that holds up is asking every customer, the same way every time, and that's our Google Review Management service, from $200 a month. We never buy reviews or ask only happy customers. Google's rules and the FTC both forbid it, and fake or filtered reviews can be removed from your listing.
Can you add keywords to my business name?
No, and you shouldn't let anyone. Google's guidelines say the name on your listing must match the name you use on your sign, website, and paperwork. Stuffing in words like "best plumber Houston" breaks that rule and can get the listing suspended. We put those words where they belong: services, the description, and posts.
What do you need from me?
About ten minutes a month: approve the post plan and send a few photos from recent jobs. If you're in the Houston area and would rather not take them, we can visit and take them. Anything that needs your word, like a price question or a complaint, comes to you first.
How much does Google Business Profile management cost?
It's $300 a month for one location, month to month. That price includes the first cleanup, every weekly post, monthly photos, answers to customer questions, review reply drafts, and the report. Each added location is quoted in writing. There's no long contract, so you can stop in any month and keep everything.
