Customer interaction data flows through the AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) and your existing systems (CRM, scheduling, etc.). We don't store your customer data on Apex Local servers. Logs and monitoring telemetry use industry-standard tools (LangSmith, Langfuse, custom monitoring). Data retention follows your AI provider's policy — typically zero retention for API calls on enterprise tiers.

Is this HIPAA-compliant for healthcare clients?
